According to Southern California Edison, “As of Thursday, November 17, 2016 the water elevation in the Middle Ranch Reservoir is 635.2 feet above sea level.  This equates to a storage capacity of 121 acre feet.” The previous measurement was 123 acre feet.


In related news, Avalon officials have scheduled a Friday, Dec. 2, meeting with representatives of the California Public Utilities Commission to discuss the Island drought.
